Our story

Care that moves at the speed of safety.

Ascent was created by people who have spent years building behavioral health programs in the field—and who wanted to make room for a more human experience of healing.

Why we created Ascent

A different kind of space for healing.

Before Ascent, our founders worked together in the field building programs for large organizations. We saw what was possible—and where traditional systems could leave people feeling rushed, fragmented, or disconnected from their own experience.

We created Ascent to offer something more intentional: a space where clients can move at the speed of safety. That means building trust before asking for vulnerability, honoring each person's pace, and making care feel possible in the middle of real life.

Our work is rooted in accessible care that goes beyond the clinic. We connect mind and body between sessions, create practical pathways for everyday regulation, and meet clients where they are—not where a system expects them to be.

Our mission & values

The whole person belongs in the room.

Accessible by design

We make high-quality, trauma-informed care easier to understand, enter, and use.

Safety before depth

We prioritize consent, stabilization, choice, and the right to move at your own pace.

Connected between sessions

We help clients connect mind and body through practical skills that travel into everyday life.
