Our Clinical Model

Healing from trauma requires both nervous system regulation and practical skills. Our model integrates somatic therapy, trauma-informed CBT, and radical acceptance to support stabilization, cognitive flexibility, and long-term resilience.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy is a body-centered therapeutic approach that focuses on the connection between the mind and body, aiming to resolve symptoms of stress and trauma by exploring how the body expresses deeply painful experiences. Somatic work may include trauma-informed yoga, gentle body awareness, breath-based regulation, and sensory grounding.

Trauma-Informed CBT

Trauma-informed CBT helps you understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without shame or forced disputation. We focus on understanding survival beliefs, building cognitive flexibility, and practicing skills that support boundaries, agency, and consistent behavior change.

Radical Acceptance

Radical acceptance reduces internal struggle by acknowledging what is without self-attack. Acceptance is not approval or giving up -- it is a pathway to self-compassion, emotional flexibility, and sustainable progress.

Integrated Care

How These Work Together

  • Regulation first (somatic stabilization)
  • Understanding second (pattern awareness and skills)
  • Integration third (compassionate acceptance and flexibility)
